    EDWARD A ZEITLER: born in Philadelphia died on the 25, of June 1931, at Havre De Grace. Survived by his widow; Mrs. Susan Charshee Zeitler and his children, Alice, Bessie and Charles Zeitler. Burial at Angel Hill Cemetery. (Aegis 7/3/1931 pg-8, col-2)

    EDWARD A. ZEITLER: aged 72, well known pharmacist of Havre de Grace, died at his home in that city on Thursday after a protracted illness. Of German Lineage, Mr. Zeitler was born in Philadelphia and after his graduation in Pharmacy moved to Havre de Grace as a young man, first employed in some one else?s store he later formed a partnership with Mr. A. Lincoln Lyon, the business being conducted at the site of the present Lyon Pharmacy. Since 1898 Mr. Zeitler had run his own drug store at St. John and Franklin streets. The deceased is survived by his widow, Mrs. Susan Charshee Zeitler, two daughters Misses Alice and Bessie Zeitler and one son, Mr. Charles Zeitler. Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon, Rev. Canning officiating. Interment was in Angel Hill cemetery, Messrs. Edgar C. Kelly, Robert R. Pennington, Thomas C. Hopkins, A. F. Anderson, Edgar M. Geathers and Dr. C. J. Foley serving as pallbearers. (Aegis 7/3/1931)

    Edward married Suzanne Alice Charshee 6 Sep 1881, Harford County, Maryland. Suzanne (daughter of Bennett Whittingham Charshee, Sr and Catherine Virginia Cook) was born 18 Mar 1859, Havre de Grace, Maryland; died 21 Mar 1940, Havre de Grace, Maryland; was buried , Angel Hill Cemetery, Havre de Grace, Maryland.
