Notes:

John Epps is the son of Joshua Epps who was born perhaps about 1717 left undated will proved 19 March 1778. He resided in Halifax County where he was deeded 100 acres on the south side of Banister River by William Wynne, 16 Jun 1750, and was exempted from the payment of public and county levies, Oct 1774. He married Elizabeth _. See Documents.
