Joseph P & Catherine Devin McClure anniversary

    February 13, 1884

Joseph P McClure home near Princeton, Indiana
"Joseph P. Mcclure and his wife Catherine Ann lived to celebrate their Golden Wedding anniversary on February 13, 1884. The weather that day was damp and the roads in bad condition, which prevented a number of people from attending, but there were still 105 who made it, including most of their children and 24 of their 30 grandchilcren. The photographer William R. Wright was out to take a picture of the residence, family, and all present." (from materials kept by great-granddaughter Edna Kell Chouinard)
