    Chancery Notes: mfe - Mary Blagrave married John Cook and produced issue, Unity, Henry, Nancy and Edmund. After her death, John Cook married Elizabeth Walthall and produced more heirs. Henry Blagrave, Mary's father, exchanged with Henry Cook [his grandson], 4 Negroes of his Legacy from Henry Cook [his grandfather] due him for 400 acres to Henry as his Mother's part. Elizabeth Walthall Cook brings suit for her children who are also heirs of Henry Cook, as she knows Henry has received the acreage.
