Polly was the daughter of William Stamps. After the death of Wm. Carter, she married Timothy Stamps, but did not survive him. Elizabeth FALLEN and Samuel Carter WILLIAMS were married on 20 October 1853. Samuel Carter WILLIAMS, son of Thomas Terry WILLIAMS and Elizabeth M. CARTER, was born about 1832.
