Whereas James Hill of Henrico was in his lifetime seized of 437 acres on WINTOPOCK in Dale Parish which was patented by him, and in his will gave the land to his four sons. That three of the sons Wm, Jno, Jas Hill claimed their parts and now Jno and Jas sell, for L 40., their shares to William. Signed James Hill, John Hill. No witnesses Recorded 1st Monday in August 1736.
      WINTOPOCK is also described as the land George Carter sold 'fell to him by the will of Richard Womack.'
