He was born November 17, 1927 in Danville to the late Ford C. Reynolds and Nannie Hammock Reynolds. Mr. Reynolds was married to Frances Harris Reynolds for 67 wonderful years who survives. He was a member of the The Baptist Tabernacle. Dewey retired from C & B Forklift at the Goodyear Danville Plant. In addition to his wife he is survived by two daughters, Gloria Craig and Nancy Oakes; five grandchildren; six great grandchildren and a great-great grandson. He was predeceased by his son, Ronald Wayne Reynolds; his daughter, Janice Ann Reynolds and his son-in-law, Tom Craig, Sr.; four sisters and three brothers. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his son, Ronald Wayne Reynolds; his daughter, Janice Ann Reynolds; his son-in-law, Tom Craig, Sr.; four sisters; and three brothers. The family will receive friends from 10 till 11 a.m., Thursday, October 23, 2014, prior to the service at Norris Funeral Services, inc. West End Chapel, 511 Church Ave., Danville, VA 24541 and other times at the residence. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, October 23, 2014, at Norris Funeral Services, West End Chapel with the Rev. Robert Wright officiating. Interment will follow with military honors at Danville Memorial Gardens, Danville, Va.
