      Hansen was born 22 Oct
1867 in the parish of Bjernede (county of Soro). His
      mother was Maren Hansen

      (parish of Bjernede).
He immigrated 25 August 1885 having Lamar in Missouri as
      his destination.
Consequently Hans Peter Nielsen was not the father of Niels
      Jorgen Hansen.
We have found a Hans Peter Nielsen who was baptized in the
      church of Alsted
(county of Soro) 13 January 1847. He was a son of a

14 Sept 2004: The Vineland Cemetery in Clarkston WA is not
in the best of shape. While the grass and weeds are kept
mowed, over time it has been allowed to grow over the
stones. Consequently, in some cases it is difficult to
determine the names on the stones unless they are upright
stones. A man at the Lewis Clark Memorial Cemetery told us
that the Vineland Cemetery is in trouble financially.
