Samuel Wright's Halifax Heavy Artillery Company 150 years ago.....Can't wait! My daughter Valerie has the 50 cent coin,an 1858 Sitting Liberty half dollar that Luther carried his whole life,and thru the war,his mother Clarrisa Fuller Blair gave that to him before he left for war in 1862 and told him "Keep this,and you'll never be broke" I'm proud to say the coin has been handed down thru my family...and now to my daughter,who by the way recently had a son,Adam ...my grandson who is 2 now.
