Becky, I am 99.9% certain that Richard Reynolds & Sarah Ann Doggett had two other children not listed in your file. One is Matthew Reynolds b. probably 1781-1786 Wilkes Co., GA & married Elizabeth Jarrell 21 Dec 1808 Wilkes Co., GA. The other is Rachel Reynolds who married Thomas Matthews on 11 Nov 1799 Wilkes Co., GA. I think Rachel was probably deceased shortly after her marriage or at least by around 1802. She was listed as Runnels but a lot of Reynolds family were also listed as Runnels in the Wilkes Co. records. This is the documentation:

On January 06, 1795 and January 10, 1795, it appears that the estate was settled as all their children receive their legacy from the estate. Their children identified with the surname of Reynolds were: George Reynolds, Joseph Reynolds, Richard Reynolds, Betsey Reynolds, John Reynolds and Spencer Reynolds, and one other person listed must have been related to Richard and Sarah Ann Reynolds. He was identified as Jacob Reigor, a legacie. The court documents do not show any additional activity on the estate of Richard Reynolds, dec'd., administrated by Thomas Reynolds after this date. In the first set of court documents, Richard Reynolds was able to sign his own name and in the second set of documents Richard Reynolds was unable to sign his name, he only made his mark (X)- mfe
