      Helen H. Reynolds

      Helen Hubis Reynolds, age 91, of Elkton, MD, passed away Monday, February 9, 2015. Born in Wilmington, DE, on February 13, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Nicholas and Mary Lenio Hubis.

      Mrs. Reynolds was a graduate of Goldey Beacom, Wilmington, and had worked for the DuPont Company. A homemaker, she enjoyed cooking and gardening, and was a member of Immaculate Conception Church, Elkton.

      Survivors include her sons, Larry Reynolds and wife, Karen, Deerfield Beach, FL, Kevin Reynolds and wife, Grace, Rising Sun, MD, and Michael Reynolds and wife, Andrea, Dania Beach, FL; grandsons, Charlie Reynolds and wife, Lisa, and Ross Reynolds; and sister, Katherine MacKenzie, Elkton, MD.

      In addition to her parents, Mrs. Reynolds was preceded in death by her husband, Charles L. Reynolds; son, Herby Reynolds; and siblings, Mike, Steve, and Dan Hubis, and Stasia Ziegler.

      Prayer service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, February 13, 2015, at Hicks Home for Funerals, 103 W. Stockton St., Elkton, MD 21921, where visitation will begin at 10 a.m. Interment will follow in Brookview Cemetery, Rising Sun, MD.

      In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, in care of the funeral home at the above address.
